01 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between googl3 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "Member"). These Terms apply to the use of the googl3.ws website and all associated services.

Below are some key definitions used in these terms that are important to understand:

• Platform: The googl3.ws website and all associated digital services.
• Member / User: Any individual who is registered on googl3 and holds an active account.
• Bet / Wager: Placing money on the outcome of specific events on the googl3 platform.

02 Account Registration & Management

To create an account on googl3, you must complete registration using accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them may be suspended.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact googl3 Support immediately.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.

Googl3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account — with or without reason — particularly if a breach of rules is suspected.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

There are basic eligibility requirements that must be met to use the googl3 platform. These conditions apply equally to all members.

• You must be at least 18 years old. Use of googl3 by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must not reside in any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• If you have a mental health condition or dependency issue, you should not use googl3.
• Googl3 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in certain promotions.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules strictly apply to all deposits and withdrawals on googl3. All payment transactions are processed through googl3's secure payment gateway.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum limit depends on your account verification level.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select bank transfers.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Googl3's bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Opening a new account from an existing one to claim a bonus is strictly prohibited.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, 10x means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real funds by meeting the specified conditions.
• You may not activate another bonus while an existing bonus offer is still active, unless expressly permitted.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bet types on the googl3 platform. Additional specific rules may apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there are applicable grounds determined by googl3.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, googl3 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Betting through match fixing or any other fraudulent means will result in permanent account closure.
• In-play betting relies on live data. googl3 is not liable for any bets delayed due to network issues.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Maximum winnings are set for each event or game. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Session Limit: You can set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a temporary break from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

09 Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on googl3's systems.
• Stealing or misusing another member's account credentials.
• Filing false complaints or attempting chargebacks against googl3.

10 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your googl3 account at any time. Once a request is submitted to the support team, your account will be deactivated within 48 hours.

• It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before your account is closed.
• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may not be refunded.
• If googl3 determines that an account poses a security risk, immediate action may be taken.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period — advance notice will be provided.

11 Policy on Changes to Terms

Googl3 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or SMS before any changes come into effect.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
